We’re adding BONUS prizes and a competition element with EXTRA chances to win! Here’s everything we’re giving away:
- $1,000 BONUS for the Facebook Template with MOST sales by January 31, 2013. The file with most sales will also be made a “Featured File of the Week” on the ThemeForest homepage giving you upto 4 weeks of priceless homepage exposure to you and your file!
- We’re also going to be giving away prizes for the BEST Facebook Templatessubmitted between November 2, 2012 and January 31, 2013. So even if you do not win one of the 30 Most Wanted prizes your file will still be entered and considered for the BEST prizes! Envato staff will be voting for the winning files and here are all the prizes available:
- FIRST PRIZE: $750 – For the Facebook Template with the highest # votes from Envato staff.
- SECOND PRIZE: $500 – For the Facebook Template with the second highest # votes.
- SECOND PRIZE: $250 – For the Facebook Template with the third highest # votes.

In short, it’s a race to see who can quickly submit Facebook Templates and grab upto 3 of the 30 available prizes. On top of the 30 Most Wanted prizes we also have a competition element as stated above. Here’s all the specific info and criteria to help explain further:
- Date Posted: November 2, 2012
- EMW Prizes: 30 winning files will get a share of $7,500 of prizes! 30 x $250 “cash” prizes are payable ONLY via either PayPal or Moneybookers/Skrill). Not only that, all winners will receive the much-desired Most Wanted Bounty Winner Badge
- Maximum Prizes per Author: 3

- Most Sales BONUS Prize: Any Facebook Template submitted between November 2, 2012 and January 31, 2013 (i.e. not just the first 30 EMW prize winners) is in the running to win $1,000 based on the total number of sales between the contest period. The item submitted during the contest period with the most sales will win an extra $1,000! “Sales” pertain to standalone Facebook Templates category only, not sales of templates bundled with other items. “Sales” also pertain to INDIVIDUAL items only, NOT the combined sales of all items by an author.

- Best Template BONUS Prize: Any Facebook Template submitted between November 2, 2012 and January 31, 2013 (i.e. not just the first 30 EMW prize winners) is in the running to win either $750, $500 or $250. First, second and third prizes will be awarded to the BEST submissions as voted by Envato staff.

- A winner can win a potential maximum of $2,500 worth of prizes. Here’s how: An author could win 3 x $250 Most Wanted prizes ($750), win the $1,000 Most Sales prize and First Prize in the Best Template vote ($750). An author can only win ONE of the $750/$500/$250 Best Template prizes, it is not possible to win all of them via multiple entries.
- Only NEW Facebook Templates submitted between November 2, 2012 and January 31, 2013 are eligible for this contest.
- Closing Date: January 31, 2013 (12 p.m. Central US Time)
- Winners will be announced 1-2 weeks after the event closes to ensure any late entries are processed. Prizes will be sent out 2-3 weeks AFTER the winners have been announced. Make sure you have completed our authorization form. Please DO NOT submit inquiries about prizes in the forums, via support or directly to staff, we promise we won’t forget your prize!
Files We’re Looking For:
- Facebook Templates. See our KnowledgeBase article for a full definition of a Facebook Template and all our file requirements.
- Facebook Templates can be a brand new template or based on one of your own existing items.
- Authors must upload the template as a brand new, separate, individual item. Authors are allowed to add/include their Facebook Template with any existing template or theme, but the “bundled” item will not be eligible for any part of this contest, only the individual Facebook Template item/submission.
File/Contest Requirements:
- Multiple submissions from the same author must all be different to one another.
- Normal ThemeForest upload instructions apply

- Complete the authorization form once your item has been approved. This form MUST be completed. Please take care entering your payment details! Your entry will be INVALID if (a) the authorization form is not completed and/or (b) you did not provide the correct payment information on the authorization form. Please take care entering your details! ALL entrants must complete this form, not just Most Wanted entrants. e.g. Even if all 30 Most Wanted prizes are already taken, you are still eligible for the BONUS prizes and you therefore must still complete our authorization form in order to be eligible for this contest.
- First 30 approved/published submissions with a completed authorization form will win! BONUS prizes for “Most Sales” and “Best Template” will be decided on/after January 31, 2013.
